Lynn Molina
Lynn Molina has been in the executive search industry for over 25 years. She originally made her mark with a large executive search firm in New York City as the VP of Recruitment and then 15 years ago, seized the opportunity to open her own search firm. Since then, she has gained invaluable relationships and friendships with many of the top executives in the Supply Chain industry.
Originally named Lynn Y. Molina Consulting, Lynn and her staff specialize in Supply Chain search for all executives and middle management professionals under the supply chain umbrella including (but not limited to) logistics, distribution, fulfillment operations, transportation, merchandising, inventory, planning/forecasting, WMS/TMS systems, engineering, international trade compliance, and quality. Call her old-school if you'd like, but Lynn understands that it is a very relationship-driven business and she works hard to learn the chemistry and culture of each organization and then match that to the chemistry and cultural fit of our candidates.
We have recently given ourselves a makeover, and are now The Huntress Executive Search Firm; however, nothing has changed within our company and we continue to bring the utmost talent to our client companies.

VP of Marketing
Dominique graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. She worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in partnership marketing and was then recruited by the Home Shopping Network as a member of their digital marketing team. Dominique joined The Huntress in 2012 and is diligently working on growing the online presence of the Huntress Executive Search Firm.
Diana
Sr. Recruiter
Diana graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She began with her career in recruiting with Xforce Employment Solutions, a small boutique contingency agency and then worked for a mid-sized search practice for several years. Diana has just celebrated her 4th year in supply chain search with The Huntress.
Humberto
Recruiter
Humberto is a graduate of Florida International University in Human Resource Management and worked on the corporate side of the fence for a Fortune 100 company for 8 years as a bilingual Human Resource Recruiter for a 1M sq. ft. distribution center, focusing on distribution operations and transportation middle management recruitment.
Nicole
Recruiter
Nicole has her Associates Degree (and is working towards her BA on weekends and evenings). She came to The Huntress with 2 years of retail recruiting experience, recruiting Associates and Team Leads for a major retailer.
DeShawn
Market Researcher
DeShawn has his BBA from The Ohio State University and was a Researcher for Nielsen for five years and has been with The Huntress for three years as the lead Market Researcher.
Carter
Market Researcher
Carter has his AAS degree and is new to The Huntress after working for the past two years as an Analyst at Nielsen.
Amy
Intern
Amy is a Junior at The University of Florida and is enrolled in the five year BS/MBA program. This summer will be her second summer with The Huntress. She has recently returned from a study-abroad program in China.
