Due to these often subtle but notable differences, it is important for us to meet as many leaders on the executive team, and to truly understand the complexities of the organization, the details of the position description, and the soft-skills - many of which may not be included in the formal position description.

​The Questionnaire

For many of our retained search assignments, we have found that a detailed Questionnaire specific to each position and created by the client company works well in drilling down to the 'nitty-gritty' as to what is crucial in an initial assessment of each candidate (along with their resume and our detailed interview assessment).  In developing the Questionnaire,  we have found it has proven to be an effective tool in assuring that everyone within the hiring process is on the same page as to what the qualifications are in determining the hire and then, of course, it gives the candidate the opportunity to showcase the uniqueness of his/her candidacy as well as their leadership, passion, and career progression combined with the technical aspects of his/her background.

​Our Guarantee

While no one could ever guarantee a human being, we take great pride in guaranteeing our service so that your investment is protected.  We offer a FIVE year guarantee for each employee we recruit for our clients.

  • Year 1 of employment:  If the employee does not work out to your expectations or resigns, we will replace that person in that specific position, free of charge.  
  • Years 2-5 of employment:  If the employee does not work out to your expectations or resigns OR is promoted, transferred, relocated...for whatever reason if that specific position is vacated, we will replace that person at 50% of the original fee.  Your investment is protected and we guarantee it
